He provides supervision for professional coaches or HR professionals. These sessions are supportive and developmental. Supervision can include three elements:

Supervision can be undertaken face to face or by video conferencing.
Coaching Programmes
Level 7 (Master) Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors
Aimed at those wanting to gain a professional coaching qualification. Typically, this programme is delivered in a blended way via face to face workshops and online support with theoretical input, supervision of your practice and personal coaching to enable individuals to create new opportunities for themselves and upskill at the same time.
Level 7 Coaching Supervision
For those who wish to develop their practice, he equips professional coaches with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to practise as a Coaching Supervisor.
The course is suitable for individuals, or for organisations who provide in-house coaching.
Learning Resources
Simon designs Learning Resources. These are aimed at helping coaches, facilitators and trainers to improve their work. Our first product is 'Expresspack'.
